Launch of JustFEMME - for more opportunities and real participation of women in the local economy!

What does a fairer future look like? At the beginning of July in Kozani, Greece, we launched the project JustFEMME projectwhich brings together 8 partners from across Europe - including us, SZ REDA.

During the two-day meeting, we discussed how we can overcome institutional and social barriers to women's active participation in our regions' economies. We shared good practices, exchanged ideas and outlined first concrete steps.

SZREDA has a leading role in two key areas:

1. Organization of the first international event of the project - a thematic seminar and a visit to our city dedicated to uncovering and overcoming hidden barriers in institutions that hinder the implementation of policies that respect women's needs.
2. Coordination of communication for the whole project - We will make sure that good ideas and results reach the people, we will engage local and international communities, and we will give visibility to women and organizations striving for change.

JustFEMME is not just a project, but a platform for action through which regions like ours can build a more robust and inclusive economy where women not only participate, but lead change.
